DIRECTING THAT CENTERS STORY, HUMANITY, AND BOLD ARTISTIC VISION
As a newer director, I’m passionate about bold storytelling and reimagining what’s possible onstage. I gravitate toward work that pushes boundaries, challenges norms, and creates space for fresh perspectives. Whether developing new work or breathing new life into a classic, I strive to build a collaborative, safe, and inclusive environment where artists feel empowered to take risks.
I was honored to be part of the Omaha Community Playhouse’s Directing Fellowship, a program designed to equip early-career directors with hands-on training and mentorship. During the fellowship, I had the opportunity to direct a short scene from Dogfight, which gave me the chance to lead a rehearsal independently, dive deep into script analysis, and gain real-world directing experience. Working alongside the OCP Artistic Team, I sharpened my skills while contributing to Omaha’s vibrant theatrical landscape.
My most notable credit to date is serving as Assistant Director and Assistant Choreographer for Jersey Boys at Omaha Community Playhouse, directed by Alex Rodriguez—a production that deepened my passion for ensemble-driven storytelling and high-impact musical theatre.
I’m excited and ready to bring my fresh perspective, dedication, and collaborative spirit to new projects. Let’s create something innovative together!
